Aether Inn — Return & Refund Policy
Every Aether Inn piece is made to order specifically for you. Because nothing is mass-produced or held in inventory, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer's remorse. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
We stand behind our print quality. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Wrong or missing items
If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows your order did not arrive, reach out and we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund as appropriate.
How to start a claim
Email aetherinn12832@gmail.com with: (1) your order number, (2) a description of the problem, and (3) photos for any damage or print defect. We respond within 2 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once a claim is approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the error was ours.
